HACCP - Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points
The technical staff of ENVIRONMENT & SAFETY ENGINEERING S.R.L. is available to companies that produce, package, store and administer food.
We collaborate both with large companies and with small businesses for the drafting of the manual, procedures and modules necessary to implement and maintain an adequate HACCP system according to standard 43/93 / EEC.
The performance is ensured by the Quality Certification EN ISO 9001: 2015, Safety Certification EN ISO 45001:2018 and by the Italian Order of Engineers.
